Entry is open to all privately owned dental practices in Australia.
All entries must be made by the owner of the practice or an authorised representative of the owner. Any practice partially or wholly owned by immediate family members of the promoters or sponsors are ineligible for this competition.
The only valid method of entry is through the creation of a video or up to 250 words of text. Videos must be uploaded to www.UltimatePracticeMakeover.com.au.
Videos can be created on a smartphone, tablet, etc but must have clear audio and video properties (i.e. we need to be able to see and hear it!) and in the following formats: .mp4, .mov, or .avi.
All participants in the entries agree that the content can be used for promoting the competition. All entries may be displayed on Dentevents.TV for public viewing.
All entries become the property of and may be displayed on dentevents.tv and other websites.
Entries must not contain material that is considered to be offensive to any gender, cultural group, race, etc and should not contain nudity or profanity.
The videos should be no more than 2 minutes in length, or they may not be considered by the judges.
The prize incorporates a bespoke, interactive consulting process (and supporting products) tailored to the winning practice, valued at not less than AUD$90,000. The individual components of the prize may vary slightly depending on the needs of the practice selected including:
a full corporate branding package including a new logo, colours, and branding style guide
a new website and SEO package
a refresh of your waiting area and signage
online marketing including a dentist.com.au premium upgrade
new uniforms to include the new logo
patient welcome packs
full marketing analysis and 6-months of marketing consultancy
training for you and your team
treatment presentation coaching
new practice management software
By entering, you agree to participate in this consulting process which will be filmed and appear on Dentevents.TV and elsewhere, and as part of written articles that include photographs published in Australasian Dental Practice magazine, Oral Hygiene magazine and elsewhere both in print and online. Your details may be provided to the competition sponsors for marketing purposes.
As part of the consulting process, you agree to disclose information related to various metrics of your practice at the beginning and the end of the “makeover” for the purposes of publishing the results as a quantifiable outcome. For example, the show may disclose that the turnover of the practice increased by $100,000, or new patient numbers increased from 20 to 40 per month etc.

The promotion runs from 1 March 2021 to 31 March 2022 and entries close 31 July 2021.
The winning entrant will be notified by 31 August 2021 and the prize (comprising services and physical goods) shall be delivered over a period of 6 months.
The practice name of the draw will be posted on the Facebook page of Dental Marketing Solutions within 7 days of the draw.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The winner will be decided by the promoter based on:
the entry submitted by the entrant, having regard to the practice circumstances described, and
entrants meeting the full terms and conditions of this promotion.
The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
